The Seven 2020 Autumn and Winter Ordering Conference that lasted from April 16 to 25 was successfully held in Xiamen International Conference Center Hotel. At the critical stage of epidemic prevention and control and orderly resumption of work and production, Seven Brand Group Co., Ltd. carried out strict organization and prevention, ensuring the success of the conference. The epidemic prevention measures taken by Seven during the conference have provided valuable experience for the recovery of the convention and exhibition industry:

First, the conference sets up 24 working groups, with a clear division of labor. 

Second, in terms of the control of the number of participants, each hotel is required to accommodate 300 to 400 participants in each batch, with a per capita area of more than 10 square meters. Clients from Hubei do not attend this ordering conference and they are guided to place orders by sending samples. 

Third, in terms of epidemic prevention and testing, clients shall check in on site before 17:00 on the check-in date, and those who arrive after 17:00 shall be quarantined in other hotels first. All clients shall conduct nucleic acid testing and can participate in the ordering conference only after the testing results obtained the next day are normal.

Fourth, in terms of accommodation management, the rooms for clients are arranged according to their provinces and are separated by provinces, and clients are not allowed to leave the hotel during the ordering period. 

Fifth, in terms of dining management, the dining areas are arranged according to the clients’ provinces, and clients are forbidden to go out for dining or order takeout. 

Sixth, in terms of ordering site management, a body temperature detection is arranged at the entrance, and any abnormality will be reported to the local health and epidemic prevention department immediately. The entrance is equipped with hand sanitizer, and clients shall enter the venue after hand disinfection. One hall is arranged for one entity for ordering, and clients are forbidden to visit other halls. Clients shall wear masks throughout the conference.

Seventh, in terms of epidemic prevention management after the conference, the staff are quarantined for 1 day after the conference, and nucleic acid testing is arranged. 

Eighth, the provisions shall be strictly followed: participants who violate the epidemic prevention requirements shall be fined 500 yuan. If the circumstances are serious and the advice is invalid, their qualification of ordering shall be cancelled, and the internal staff shall be dismissed.
