The Xiamen International MICE Week Organization Workshop was held

The Xiamen International MICE Week Organization Workshop was held yesterday(April 1, 2021) at Xiamen International Conference Center Hotel. Xiamen Municipal Bureau of Convention and Exhibition, Xiamen Convention and Exhibition Association, and 27 local MICE companies attended the workshop. In the workshop, Mr. Zheng Zhi, the Chairman of Xiamen Convention and Exhibition Association, briefly summarized the organization work of 2020 Xiamen International MICE Week and described the work plan for the 2021 session.
The new features of 2021 Xiamen International MICE Week will include:
The event will base on Xiamen, serve the whole country, and connect to the world.
The event will work with more co-organizers and invite more buyers.
The time of the event will change to the end of October 2021.
There will be more online services and activities this year.
A digitalized mobile meeting management system will be introduced to improve the service during this year's MICE week.
Mr. Chen Xijin, the head of the Conference and Exhibition Division of Xiamen Municipal Bureau of Commerce, made a more detailed description on how to upgrade the Xiamen International MICE Week.
Mr. Chen Haoying, Director-general of Xiamen Municipal Bureau of Convention and Exhibition, briefly introduced the development direction of the Xiamen MICE Industry. He also gave some suggestions for 2021 Xiamen MICE Week, encouraging the event to invite more buyers and improve the business matching result.
The representatives of MICE companies also provide various advice and comments on how to improve the organization of 2021 Xiamen International MICE Week.
