"Xiamen Promotion Meeting of Key Investment Invitation Project in Fourteenth Five-Year Plan" was held for Singapore enterprise delegation in the morning of May 14th. Chen Qiuxiong, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Xiamen Municipal Committee and President of the Municipal People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, met with the delegation of Singapore enterprises led by Wu Junming, Consul General of Singapore in Xiamen. Chen pointed out that Xiamen is committed to planning the "China-Singapore (Xiamen) Low-carbon Innovation City" project and expected the two sides to leverage this project to seek breakthroughs in industrial matchmaking, aviation economy, marine economy and green finance cooperation. Wu said that Xiamen's deployment for ecological improvement and green development has provided new cooperation opportunities for Singapore enterprises. At the promotion meeting, competent departments of Xiamen City introduced the municipal 14th Five-Year Plan, industrial layout, and business environment, etc. to the delegation of Singapore enterprises. The two sides held communication in aviation industry, intelligent empowerment, and green finance, etc.
