2021 Art Xiamen Art & Design Fair to open

The 2021 Art Xiamen Art & Design Fair will be held at the Xiamen International Conference and Exhibition Center from June 17 to 20.
Nearly 80 top art galleries and institutions from 18 countries and regions, along with nearly 300 designers from around the world will take part in the artistic gala.
This year's event, which features classic art, contemporary art and art derivatives, will comprise four sections for international works, contemporary ink wash art, fashionable art, and life aesthetics. The event aims to become a professional, free and market-oriented platform for art trade and exhibition in Asia.
One of the highlights will be the 4th IAI International Design Festival and the award ceremony of the 13th IAI Design Award, which will be held in Xiamen for the first time.
The IAI International Design Festival is sponsored by the Asia Pacific Designers Federation, and the IAI Design Award is its core brand event. The award covers architecture design, interior design and industrial design and is aimed at enhancing the image of cities and promoting industrial transformation and upgrading through a series of activities such as competitions, exhibitions and forums.
The event’s debut in Xiamen is expected to draw widespread attention from the art and design circles at home and abroad, and create a positive effect on the development of art and design industries in the post-epidemic era.
During the fair, a number of forums themed on various topics, including regional block chains, art and design, art collection, and photography, as well as an auction will be held.
The fair will be open to the public from June 18 to 20.
