Xiamen hosts World Hairdressing Congress

The World Hairdressing Congress (WHC) launched in Xiamen on December 1. The two-day congress was broadcast around the world via the internet.
Cai Yizhuo, president of the Xiamen Hairdressing Beauty and Cosmetic Industrial Association, said that the event cooperated with the Paris Haute Couture Association to host a brand show and a hair style show.
Mr. Cai also announced during the event a cooperation partnership between the WHC and the New Silk Road Group.
