The fifth China Marathon Expo and the Fujian Province Road Running Industry Expo kicked off last weekend.

After a three-year hiatus, the China Marathon Expo resumed at the Xiamen International Conference and Exhibition Center. 

Marathon officials said that the event, originally launched in 2017, is the largest, most influential and most authoritative of its kind in the field of Chinese long-distance running.

Xiamen will host the fifth, sixth and seventh expos over the next three years.
