Themed “Leading Coastal Fashions to Enrich the Future”, the Boat Show aims to present a new model of coastal lifestyle and stimulate new thinking on the future development of coastal cultural tourism. 

Covering an area of 40,000 square meters, this year’s exhibition set up seven sections, showcasing over 80 boats from 62 exhibitors. 

It is worth mentioning that a special section was set up to show how Wuyaun Bay was transformed from a salt-drying site and waste dump into a popular site for cruise tours, fishing, sailing, yachting and jogging.  

During the four-day exhibition, a series of carnival activities including aquatic sports performances, three regattas, and recreational experiences held. 

The 17th China (Xiamen) International Boat Show was hosted by China Association of the National Shipbuilding Industry and Xiamen Road & Bridge Construction Group Co., Ltd, organized by Yacht Industry Development Association of Fujian, the People's Government of Huli District of Xiamen and Xiamen Road & Bridge Urban Service Development Co. Ltd. and co-organized byFujian Association of Shipbuilding Industry and the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council of Xiamen Municipal People's Government.
