18th Straits Forum to foster people-to-people exchanges in Fujian

The 18th Straits Forum is set to take place in Fujian in mid-June, with the main event scheduled for June 13 in Xiamen and various related activities to be held across Fujian's municipalities and the Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Zone.
This year's forum upholds its commitment to civility, grassroots involvement, and broad participation under the theme "Expanding Civil Exchanges, Deepening Integrated Development" and will feature four key sections: grassroots exchange, youth exchange, cultural exchange, and economic exchange, with a total of 58 activities planned.
Participants include representatives from Taiwan's political parties and individuals from various sectors, including labor, youth, women's groups, folk religion, agriculture, fisheries, culture and tourism, health, commerce, and finance.
