Xiamen showcases AI-powered supply chain innovations at global conference

Xiamen National AI Application Pilot Base for international logistics supply chains made its debut at the 2026 World AI Conference and High-Level Meeting on Global AI Governance, held in Shanghai from July 17 to 20, sharing the city's innovative practices in driving AI and supply chain integration through exhibits, roadshows, and networking sessions.
The pilot base showcased 22 phased achievements in computing power, data, vertical large models, tool chains, and industrial applications through the Xiamen Supply Chain AI Innovation Pavilion. It also took the stage at the "AI Magic Box" session to share practical experience with the Global Supply Chain Intelligence Platform in risk monitoring, event identification, and impact assessment.
Several key innovations caught attendees' attention, including the purpose-built "Smart Chain" large model for international logistics supply chains, which functions like a seasoned expert, answering complex queries, anticipating risks, and supporting business decisions.
Complementing this is a high-quality supply chain dataset that provides rich data for model training, capability evaluation, and industry applications. Further highlights included a global intelligent weather engine that tracks extreme weather to strengthen early warnings, and an intelligent research platform for commodity supply chains that enables full traceability of information sources and analytical reasoning.
