The 26th China International Fair for Investment and Trade (CIFIT) opened Tuesday at the Xiamen International Expo Center. This is CIFIT's first year to include dual guest countries of honor, Finland and Saudi Arabia, as well as dual guest provinces of honor, Guangdong and Qinghai.

Delegations from over 120 countries and regions are participating in the event, whick includes 60 regional and national exhibition pavilions.

Finland is hosting economic and trade cooperation exchanges with Fujian and Guangdong to deepen industrial dialogue and investment collaboration. This is also the 10th anniversary of the establishment of the China-Saudi Arabia comprehensive strategic partnership. Saudi Arabia is focusing at CIFIT this year on the promoting investment opportunities across multiple fields, including advance manufacturing, energy, petrochemical and downstream processing, mining and metals, as well as information and communications technology and digital infrastructure.
