More than 1,100 volunteers are serving at this year's CIFIT, an increase of nearly 200 compared with last year. The fair has established a “1+6” volunteer service network. A Golden Key volunteer service headquarters has been set up for business activities, alongside six major state-owned enterprise service stations operated by C&D Group, ITG, State-Owned Capital Operation, XiamenAir, Xiamen Municipal Construction Group and Xiangyu Group.

Since its establishment in 1999, the Golden Key volunteer service team has supported 25 editions of CIFIT and 17 editions of the Straits Forum. It has organized more than 22,000 volunteer assignments, served guests from over 110 countries and regions and provided support to nearly 200 high-level official delegations, 150 international organization groups, more than 40,000 overseas business delegations and over 1.6 million domestic and international guests.
