Organized and hosted by Xiamen Convention & Exhibition Association, “Xiamen Convention & Exhibition Etiquette Training Course” held in the telecast hall of Xiamen City University on April 22, 2016.  Zheng Zhi, the President of Xiamen Convention & Exhibition Association, emphasized the necessity of amenity and culture in conventions and exhibitions from the perspectives of “core socialist values”, “Chinese traditional virtues” and “the inheritance of modern etiquette”. He advocated that representatives from their units should treasure the training opportunity to promote personal service quality, thus improving the quality of Xiamen Convention & Exhibition service to show the attraction of Xiamen and our culture. Chen Jingyu, Instructor from Xiamen Air Flight Attendant Service Department, explained and showed how to behave elegantly and properly in service; she also provided many real examples. Lin Jianmin，Consultant of Xiamen Convention & Exhibition Policies，amply shared experience of conference site arrangement and conference service.

    The training started from “Be civilized and patriotic before being a qualified staff of convention & exhibition industry”, systematically taught etiquette, conference service and other professional skills, which evoked wild enthusiasm.
