CIFIT to include China Israel technological cooperation forum

The 2016 China-Israel technological cooperation forum will be held in Xiamen in September, as part of the China International Fair for Investment & Trade.
The event will be jointly organized by the Israel Export and International Cooperation Institute (IEICI), China Science and Technology Exchange Center and the organizing committee of the CIFIT.
More than 300 representatives from government bodies, tech firms and financial institutions from the two countries will be invited to the event from September 5 – 7.
Speakers at the forum will include Matan Vilnai, Israeli ambassador to China; Sheenan Harpaz, senior researcher from Israel’s Agriculture Research Organization; and Roy Oron, CEO of Tel Aviv-based start-up incubator SOSA.
The three-day calendar of the forum will include match making events, forums on innovation and entrepreneurship, field visits to Xiamen companies, and networking events for Chinese and Israeli business leaders.
Dozens of advanced industrial technologies will be introduced to Chinese companies. China’s industrial development policies, Chinese companies’ needs in technological cooperation, and financial institutions’ investment targets will also be presented to the participants.
