Xiamen fruit and vegetable exhibition open for registration

The Xiamen International Fruit and Vegetable Industry and Urban Agriculture Exhibition will form part of the 2016 China International Fair for Investment & Trade in Xiamen from September 8–11.
Processing tools and equipment, packaging and preservation techniques will be displayed at the 7,000-square-meter exhibition area designated for the fruit and vegetable exhibition, along with fresh and processed fruit and vegetable.
Major players in the agricultural and related industries have reserved exhibition booths to showcase their products and services at the expo. Among the companies are cold chain firms HON-Logistics and SF Cold Chain; seedling company XiamenBaili Seedling Co; and agricultural co-operatives.
Governments of three counties in Fujian province – Liancheng, Shouning and Zhaoan – also plan to showcase their agricultural strength.
Online marketplaces that play important roles in promoting the sales of farm produce will also be represented.
Fujian Tianchen Nonghang, a company specializing in space breeding will showcase its advanced breeding technologies.
A targeted match making event will be held on September 9 to promote investment in innovative agricultural projects.
