The Associated Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Malaysia (ACCCIM) will set up an exhibition pavilion at this year’s CIFIT for the third time.

The pavilion will have 40 stands to showcase Malaysia’s food and beverage, real estate, manufacturing and service industries.

ACCCIM President Dai Liangye will lead a delegation to fair, which will be held in Xiamen, Fujian province, from September 8 to 11.

Small and medium-sized companies are encouraged to participate in the upcoming fair and are entitled to receive financial aid from the Malaysia External Trade Development Corporation (Matrade), Malaysia’s national trade promotion organization, on condition of certain requirements.

The event has been approved by UFI (Global Association of the Exhibition Industry) and was first initiated in 1997 to promote bilateral investment and trade.

With more than 100 countries and regions set to participate, the 2016 fair is expected to best represent the global trends in areas of investment and trade.
