The scale of the 19th China International Fair for Investment & Trade (CIFIT) is expected to hit another record as it will take up the fourth phase of the Xiamen International Conference and Exhibition Center for the first time..

With an exhibition area of 138,000 square meters, this year the CIFIT occupies some 6,000 stands, making it the largest in history. It has set up three themed exhibition areas –– to promote investment, industrial cooperation, and commodity trade respectively.

As the Guest Country of Honor, Italy has booked an exhibition area of 800 square meters. Australia has booked over 1,000 square meters. East China’s Jiangxi province will set up a themed exhibition area of 1,000 square meters as the Guest Province of Honor. Macao, the Guest Region of Honor, will set up the Macao Pavilion as well as a Macao special commodity exhibition occupying 6,000 square meters.

This year the CIFIT will launch some 30,000 high-quality projects and organize over 3,000 business conferences and forums, in a bid to integrate resources, and promote trade and investment.
