Central China’s Hunan province is seeking investors for 400 projects with a total worth of $900 billion at the 19thChina International Fair for Investment and Trade in Xiamen, Fujian province, from Sept 8-11.

With the aim of helping local industries to expand abroad, the Hunan delegation organized six cities, four national industrial parks and more than 10 enterprises such as Wasion Group and Broad Homes Industrial International Co, to take part in a series of match-making activities and trade forums at the fair.

According to the provincial commerce department, the 400 projects involved projects on infrastructure, new industries, modern services and industrial park construction.

Recognized by the UFI, the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry, and backed by China's Commerce Ministry, the fair plays a key role in unlocking growth potential worldwide through international cooperation.

This year's fair is expected to attract more than 700 overseas business delegations, and exhibitors from over 50 countries and regions. The latest commercial products are on display in over 6,000 exhibition booths covering 138,000 square meters.
