Siming district of Xiamen, Fujian province, prioritizes the development of finance, trade, software design, information services, and cultural and creative industries; and it has a total of 204 projects in these fields it requires investment for.

The projects were presented at the 19th China International Fair for Investment and Trade (CIFIT), and are worth a total of 46.6 billion yuan ($7 billion).

According to Xinhua News Agency, some of the projects have successfully located investors at the fair and the district has fulfilled its 2016 goal of attracting investment from China and overseas.Siming district looking for investment at 19th CIFIT
