Flood of deals signed at “Talents-Projects-Capital” cooperation fair at CIFIT

The third Talents-Projects-Capital Cooperation Exhibition has enjoyed great popularity at the 2016 China International Fair for Investment & Trade (CIFIT), which is running from Sept 8 to 11 in Xiamen, Fujian province.

As of the third day of the 2016 CIFIT, the exhibition has attracted more than 50,000 visitors and led to the signing of deals for 15 projects, with another 150 future projects currently being negotiated.

First held in 2014, the Talents-Projects-Capital Cooperation Exhibition is a platform to allow companies to display their high-level innovation achievements, and for matching talent, projects and investors through a series of matchmaking events. The exhibition is organized by the Xiamen city government and its partner agencies.

This year’ exhibition covers policy consultation, project roadshows and docking contracts, with more than 100 innovative products on display.

The event will also showcase high-tech products developed by renowned academics from the Chinese Academy of Sciences.

So far, the third exhibition has held 91 project roadshows, and featured on-site publicity from 12 different makers. Online display and live broadcasting of the exhibition has been effective, providing 1,085 matchmaking job opportunities during the first three days.

State Council leaders have also appeared at the exhibition, where they expressed the hope that the exhibition will boost Xiamen’s economic transformation and industrial upgrading.
