On December 6th, a preparatory group meeting was held in Xiamen, which officially launched the volunteer work of BRICS Summit 2017. Mr. Ye Chonggeng, Municipal party committee member, propaganda minister of Xiamen government presented and delivered a speech.

    Ye stressed that volunteer work should be regarded as an important guarantee to ensure the great success of BRICS Summit 2017. Universities and Colleges in Xiamen should actively mobilize students and effectively push forward the recruitment work. Ye also demanded that every department should build a communication and coordination mechanism to make sure that all work to be pressed smoothly and precisely. (XMCEA)
