To further deepen silver industry communication between cross-straits and highlight communication between Fujian and Taiwan, the 2nd Strait Silver Industry Exhibition will be held during June 3rd to 5th, 2017.

    According to investigation, China's population aging problem is getting worse in this century. Up to the end of 2015, over-60-years-old population in mainland China has reached 222 million, which accounts for 16.1% of China's total population. While in Taiwan, the number of aging population has reached 2.86 million in 2015. It is estimated that Taiwan's aging population will reach to 41% in 2060.

    An aging society has already become a shared problem. Mr. Xie Zixian, CEO of Xiamen Quanpindao International Exhibition Co., Ltd (operator of the 2nd Strait Silver Industry Exhibition) expresses that the situation has brought both challenges and chances for strait silver industry. He says that Taiwan has rich experience in developing and cultivating aging services industries while mainland has a huge potential market. Strait cooperation will achieve a win-win breakthrough.     The 1st Strait Silver Industry Exhibition was successfully held on June 17th to 19th this year. On the basis of this years achievement, the 2nd one will expand its scale while upgrade its quality.
