The CCACE AGM was held in Chongqing International Convention & Exhibition Centre on December 2^nd, 2016. Representatives from over 30 Convention & Exhibition Associations attended the Meeting. Deputy President and Secretary General Mr. Zhao Wei addressed the working report of 2016. President Mr. Zheng Zhi presented the working summary of 2016 and proposed the working plans for the year of 2017. In the year of 2017, the duties for CCACE are as follows.

1.    CCACE Secretariat shall play full effort to enhance both organization and business construction.

2.    To promote MICE standardization.

3.    To increase the publicity of CCACE.

4.    To carry out Green MICE competition.

The meeting announced Guangzhou as the place to hold AGM 2017. Mr. Li Xiahui, President of Guangzhou Convention & Exhibition Industry Association was elected as the CCACE rotating President in 2017. The members watched CCACE flag handing over ceremony before meeting ending.
