The 20th China International Fair for Investment and Trade (CIFIT) opened in Xiamen International Convention and Exhibition Center in the morning of 18th September. The conference focuses on “The Belt and Road” to propelling the BRICS cooperation and promoting bilateral investment. This exhibition is about 120,000 square meters and more than 5,000 booths. The theme of exhibition is divided into investment and industry attraction, and the 4000 square meters of the “Chinese historical brands” section will be the first established. 

As an important platform for the outcome of the BRICS, the CIFIT holds the “BRICS Commodity Fair” to showing the advanced technology products and promoting the economic and trade exchange among the BRICS and other countries. 

Simultaneously, 2017 international investment forum will be held at assembly, and inviting heavyweights to expound hot topic of international investment. There are a series of activities about investment of IOTE, some of which the road-show and award ceremony of “the top ten project with most investment value and influence” are the most anticipated events.

The arrangement of guest country, region and province of honor is the highlight of annual CIFIT. For this year’s CIFIT, the guest country of honor is Georgia and the guest province, Ningxia, there are also the guest city, Shenyang and ASEAN pavilion on its debut. Shenyang’s exhibition will have one comprehensive halls and eight city halls, it will be the largest exhibition area in the history of CIFIT.
