Latestnews from Xiamen Convention and ExhibitionAssociation (XMCEA) reported that  www.xmce.org  of which the Chinese website received a total visit of 7,160,000 times in 2017, up by 78.12%  than last year while the English website received 450,000 visits, up by 399%. According tothe data analysis, foreign visitors’ IP covered 116 countries and districts,domestic visitors’ IP covered 31provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions.

As an important international promotion platform of Xiamen MICE industry, valuable news had been updating since the Chinese website was upgraded and the English website was launched. With its influence was further explored, the website was superior to other city-level MICE website.

The website is hosted by Xiamen MICE Administration and run by XMCEA. In 2017, XMCEA had paid great effort on timely updating information as issuing relevant MICEreports, adjusting Home Page and planning new columns. During the BRICS Summit, the website created columns of “BRICS Moment” and “ Xiamen High-end Conference Hotels Show”, which helped increase the website visits and attract the attention from home and abroad.

 In 2018,XMCEA aims at bringing website to a new record in terms of pages, contents and activities. First, the Home Page will be furthered adjusted, rearranged and beautified to attract new visitors. Second, the contents will be enriched; information-delivered will be more vivid, timely and fast while providing accurate data.
