The 3rd Session of the Fourth XMCEA Assembly and the XMCEA Award Ceremony was successfully held in Wanda Realm Xiamen North Bay on March 16, 2018 . Ms.Yang Shaojing, Deputy Director of Xiamen Municipal Bureau of Convention and Exhibition Affairs(XMBCEA), Mr. Wu Zhiping, Section Chief of Siming Tourism Development Commission, Mr. Liu Guangcai, President of Xiamen NGO Association and more than 300 XMCEA member representatives attended the meeting. Presidents and Secretary Generals from 17 city associations of CCACE (China City Associationof Convention and Exhibition) presented the meeting as well. Ms. Lai Huiqiong, Deputy President of XMCEA and Deputy General Manager of L&C (Xiamen) Group hosted the meeting.

Mr. Zheng Zhi, President of XMCEA, expressed his sincere gratitude to all the leaders and members who gave strong support to XMCEA’s development. On behalf of XMCEA Standing Council , he summarized the work that XMCEA had donein 2017 and delivered the working report in 2018. Ms. Xu Xiaohua, deputy Secretary General of XMCEA, delivered XMCEA’s financial report of 2017. Mr. XuBin, Secretary General of XMCEA, announced the winner list of XMCEA Award.

Ms. Yang Shaojing, Deputy General Director of XMBCEA, highly praised XMCEA’shard work and achievement. She hoped that both XMBCEA and XMCEA would have a better cooperation in boosting development for Xiamen conventions and exhibitions.

Meanwhile, 9 categories of awards were delivered to 52 members of XMCEA who made outstanding achievements in 2017 and certificates were issued to newly upgraded 5A conference hotel as Xiamen Wutong Fliport Hotel and Double-Tree by Hilton Xiamen Haicang.
