Latest news from CNR, The 1^st XMU Belt and Road Development Forum took place in Xiamen University from April 7^th -8^th. This year marks the 5^th year of the Belt and Road Initiative and the 97^th anniversary of Xiamen University. The Forum gathered 200 politician, business delegations and scholars across the country to discuss the achievements of theBelt and Road Initiative and draw upon all useful opinions for further development.

Hosted by Department of Commerce of Fujian Province and Xiamen University, the Forum includes 6 keynote speeches and 48 sub-sessions, with topics covering policy, infrastructure,trade, financial and people-to-people connectivity.
