The 2018 China International Artificial Intelligence Retail & Unmanned Stores Industry Fair was recently held at the Xiamen International Conference and Exhibition Center.

The fair has 500 standard booths, covering a total area of 18,000 square meters, and hosting more than 200 companies whose expertise ranged from hardware manufacturing to software development. 

The fair focused on the arrival of intelligent retail technology, illustrating the shift from traditional to intelligent retail.

It connected  intelligent retail technology providers with traditional retailers and created an important platform for industrial resource integration in the transformation of retail intelligence.

The event is just the latest major gathering of high-tech industrialists in Xiamen, which have been increasing recently.

The other trade fairs that have been held in Xiamen recently include the "2018 Smart Scene - Conference on the Development of Global Artificial Intelligence Retail", "2018 China Artificial Intelligence + Retail Technology Industrialization Development Forum", "2018 China International Blockchain + Financial Summit" and the "2018 Jingdong Convenience Store National Investment Promotion Conference”.
