The Xiamen International Musical Instruments Fair concluded on Sunday at the Xiamen International Conference and Exhibition Center. Nearly 100 domestic and international exhibitors participated in the three-day event featuring 200 brands and hundreds of instrument categories.

The fair included a ceremony highlighting cooperation between the city of Hengshui, a center of production for musical instruments, and the Jimei University Music Conservatory. The county of Deqing and the Gulangyu Piano Art Museum also announced a partnership during the event. The fair also hosted the founding ceremony of the Xiamen Colleges Guitar League.

Held in Xiamen since 2016, the fair featured the sale of keyboards, orchestral instruments, plucked string instruments, Chinese folk instruments and electric instruments. The event also featured numerous performances by domestic and international musicians and troupes.
