Representatives of the annual International Hair Salon Festival announced that the event will formally become the World Hairdressing Conference. Held in Xiamen for the past ten years, this year's iteration will kick off on November 11 at the Xiamen International Conference and Exhibition Center in conjunction with Xiamen International Fashion Week.

More than 10,000 individuals from over 60 countries are expected to participate in the conference, which will explore the latest developments and trends in the hairdressing industry.

The event is jointly sponsored by the Chinese Federation of Commerce for Cosmetics and Beauty, the Xiamen Association for Cosmetics and Hairdressing, the Xiamen Federation of Industry and Commerce and the Xiamen International Fashion Federation.
