Paintings by mainland and Taiwan children on display in Xiamen

The 10th Cross-Straits Children's Painting Exhibition opened in Haicang, a district in Xiamen, eastern Fujian province on Aug 20 and will last until Aug 29, according to local media. A total of 200 paintings by children from the Chinese mainland and Taiwan were on display. In order to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the painting exhibition, this year's event also reviewed outstanding works from the past nine years.
