The 4th China Leisure Fishery Forum and the 2019  Training Workshop for Talents on Integration of Primary,Secondary, and Tertiary Sectors in Fisheries took place in Xiamen, East China’s Fujian province on October 31, 2019.

Themed “Innovation,Green, Leisure, and Integration”, the forum focuses on topics including recreational fishery culture, recreational fishing boats, and aquarium.

More than 300 government officials, industrial leaders, organizational delegates, as well as experts and scholars from universities and research institutes,  have been attended the event, discussing the development of recreational fisheries as well as the integration of recreational fisheries with culture and tourism.

A monitoring report on the development of leisure fisheries in China 2019 was released at the forum.

In addition, a training workshop for domestic talents on integration of primary,secondary, and tertiary sectors in fisheries was held during the same period.

The forum was sponsored by China Society of Fisheries, China Recreational Angling Association, and Xiamen Municipal Bureau of Ocean Development and organized by Valued Show Management (Xiamen) LLC.
