The Xiamen International Musical Instrument Fair concluded Sunday at the Xiamen International Conference and Exhibition Center.

Representatives from a trio of major musical instrument manufacturing centers attended the four-day event, including delegations from the cities of Hengshui, Luoshe and Zhangzhou.

The fair showcased approximately 100 brands in categories such as keyboards, strings and plucked instruments as well as folk and electronic instruments.

Inaugurated in 2016, the annual fair includes a series of ancillary activities such as a secondhand instrument market and an acoustic exhibit of Minnan dialect storytelling. Dozens of musicians and troupes also performed at the fair.
